  • How will this actually help me win more projects?

    Having an experienced consultant dedicated to managing every lead and potential client ensures no opportunity is missed.

    I handle the sales process professionally, ethically, and with care - so your brand is always represented at the highest standard.

    This allows you to focus on what you do best while knowing your sales are being handled with structure and intent.

  • Do you handle the sales conversations and quoting, or just advise me?

    I personally handle all sales conversations and quote presentations.

    You’ll still be involved in technical aspects - clients will often have specific build-related questions - but I take full responsibility for managing communication, follow-up, and conversion.

  • How soon will I start seeing results?

    If you already have leads coming in, progress happens quickly. We’ll begin by working those opportunities and building a system around them. If lead generation isn’t in place yet, we’ll start there and get momentum moving fast.

  • What if I already have a team — can you train them instead?

    Yes, absolutely.

    While the strongest results come when we work closely together, I can also integrate with your existing team, help them refine their communication, and provide ongoing training and accountability to strengthen their performance.

  • My biggest issue is communication with clients — can you help with that?

    That’s exactly what I do best.

    Client communication is the foundation of the BERRAS model. From how you follow up to how you present quotes and handle updates, I bring structure, language, and professionalism to every stage of the client journey.

  • What kind of systems do you set up?

    Mostly, it’s about building a clear, trackable process - from enquiry to handover.

    If you don’t already use a CRM, I’ll help set one up. If you do, I’ll integrate into your existing system and refine it for consistency and clarity. You’ll always know exactly where every opportunity stands.

  • Do you teach my team what to say to clients, or do you handle that yourself?

    Both options are available. I can train your team to communicate with confidence, or I can take ownership of the client communication myself whilst I’m working with you - depending on what’s best for your business at the time. We’ll discuss this in detail during your Growth Call.

  • How do you charge?

    I work on a commission-only structure - meaning I only succeed when you do.

    Once we’ve built the system and trained your team to run it successfully, I transition into a maintenance phase, charged at $3,300 incl. GST per month, to ensure continued accountability and performance.

  • What happens if results don’t come straight away?

    Every business is at a different stage. If systems and communication are solid but conversions aren’t landing, I’ll review everything, identify what’s missing, and own the outcome. If the issue sits with me, you’ll know it first - I believe in full transparency and accountability.

  • Is there a minimum time commitment or contract period?

    I don’t believe in locking clients in - I believe in earning trust.

    After our initial consultation, if we agree we’re a good fit, I commit to you for one quarter at a time. If at any point you’re unhappy with the service, you can let me go - no strings attached.
